Get in touch
Email support@tradereply.co. Tell us your trade and what you were trying to do — and if a reply came out wrong, paste it in. That is usually enough to find the problem.
Setting up the keyboard on iPhone
- Install Trade Reply and finish the short setup so it knows your trade, services and pricing.
- Open Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard, and pick Trade Reply.
- Tap Trade Reply in that list and turn on Allow Full Access. The keyboard cannot reach the AI without it — typing still works if you decline.
- In any messaging app, hold the globe key and switch to Trade Reply.
Setting up the keyboard on Android
- Install Trade Reply and finish setup.
- Open Settings → System → Languages & input → On-screen keyboard → Manage keyboards, and enable Trade Reply.
- Grant photo access when the app asks — an Android keyboard cannot request it itself.
- In any messaging app, tap the keyboard switcher and pick Trade Reply.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Manage, change or cancel yours in your store account — we cannot do it for you, and neither can we issue store refunds. Cancelling leaves your access running until the end of the period you have paid for, and a free account keeps working afterwards.
Your data
You can export everything we hold, delete your conversation data, or delete your account entirely from within the app. The privacy policy explains what each of those covers.
Common questions
What is Trade Reply?
An AI reply assistant for home-service contractors. It lives in your phone keyboard, reads the customer conversation you point it at, and drafts a professional reply in your voice using your real services and pricing.
Who is Trade Reply designed for?
Plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, roofers, landscapers, painters, cleaners, handymen and remodelers — anyone running a service business from a van rather than a desk.
Why does it need a screenshot?
Because a phone keyboard genuinely cannot read your conversation. On iOS the system returns zero characters of the thread to a keyboard extension, and on Android a messaging thread lives in a list the keyboard cannot see. Rather than pretend otherwise, Trade Reply reads the screenshot you take — one gesture you already know, and it captures the whole thread. You can also paste text or use what you have already typed.
Does it send messages for me?
No, and it never will. Trade Reply writes the draft and puts it in your message box. Reading it and pressing send is always yours.
