Delete your account

Two ways to delete your Trade Reply account and everything held for it — one inside the app, one by email if you no longer have the app installed.

In the app

Open Trade Reply and go to:

Settings → Account → Delete account and all data

You will be asked to confirm. Deletion runs immediately — there is no waiting period and no reactivation window, so please export first if you want a copy.

By email

If you have already removed the app, or cannot sign in, email support@tradereply.co from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We will confirm once it is done.

We ask you to write from the address on the account because it is the only thing proving the request is yours. A deletion someone else can trigger is its own kind of breach.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes your sign-in, your profile and your business, along with everything attached to it:

  • Services, pricing and business knowledge
  • Saved replies and tone settings
  • Customers, leads, follow-ups and estimates
  • Any stored conversations, analyses and screenshots
  • Keyboard device registrations and push notification tokens
  • Usage and analytics records

What is kept

Deleted data is removed from the live database straight away. Residual copies can persist briefly in our hosting provider’s encrypted backups before those expire on their own schedule; they are never restored into the product.

If you only want to remove your conversations

There is a lighter option that keeps your account and setup. In the app: Settings → Your data → Delete conversation data. It removes every analysis, conversation and screenshot record while keeping your business, services and saved replies.

It does not reset the month’s reply count. That ledger is a billing record and holds none of what was said, so letting a privacy control zero it would make it a way to get free replies.

Before you go

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Those are managed by the store, not by us — cancel in App Store → Subscriptions or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or you may keep being billed for an app you no longer have.

More detail on what is stored in the first place is in our privacy policy.
